Shipping Costs (Domestic and International)

U.S. Domestic Shipping
Please use the chart below to determine which shipping option is right for you. All shipping occurs on business days only unless otherwise specified.

Please note that a processing period of up to 48 hours may be applied. All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

Standard overnight shipping via FEDEX. Call our Customer Service for this option. 
Please note: All Standard Overnight shipments will be delivered to the customer between the hours of 3:00pm - 5:00pm the day after your order has been shipped. It will take up to 48 hours to process your order before shipping, so please call 1-877-667-7757 for assistance on Standard Overnight shipping.
International Shipping
Please allow up to 10 days for all international deliveries. International shipping options all include 24-hour online tracking. Shipping costs do not include customs brokerage fees and related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International PayPal Policy
Due to various issues with international credit card authorizations, we now require the use of PayPal for all international transactions.  PayPal is a free and secure intermediary payment service that allows you to pay easily and quickly via credit card and electronic check, among other options. Please visit the PayPal Help Center for more details.

When paying with an international credit card, excepting Canada and the UK, please select the "PayPal (International)" option at checkout. Selection of any other option, including those for credit cards, will delay the processing of your order. The PayPal application process is quick, easy, and secure, allowing you to shop using your PayPal account at sites based around the world with automatic currency conversions and privacy safeguards.

Shipping Rules and Regulations

  • While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by phone or email.
  • If anything is on back-order, and we have other ordered items in stock, we can send out what we have immediately. We'll contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra charge.
  • The free shipping offer is applicable to orders over $75.00 after coupons and discounts have been applied.
  • You will be charged immediately after you submit you payment information and approved.
  • All FedEx deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
  • All international orders must be paid via PayPal.  This is to alleviate many of the issues and delays that we've experienced while trying to verify international credit cards.
  • The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

Tracking An Order

Packages may be tracked online with either the USPS or FedEx, depending on which shipping method you've selected. If you cannot locate your tracking information, please call us toll free at 1-877-667-7757. A customer service representative will be happy to help you.
